A scoping visit was undertaken by Capital Market Giant George Soros' team this month. The timing of the visit despite the impending holidays endorses the investor perception of a strong market rally commencing January 2016.

The strength of the Sri Lankan stock market is that its still an under valued emerging market in the region.

So everyone think, this Soros fund will feel sorry about the market and buy a substantial amount of shares from the open market making all the exciting investors happy. I m happy that market doesn't react to such news. Not like in 2013 where market use to score 100 points in a day when news of a regulator meeting is announced.
