Any one get those forms to sell and cash it out?

I have EQIT , i ask from the company. they are still waiting for SEC approval.

than you beta1 . I have both. but small . EQIT de list in Nov 2015 , MPRH de list in DEC BUT MPRH got approval why EQIT didn't ?

I also have EQIT. That is a good question that why SEC is not approving to de list the EQIT like others?

MPRH EGM was on 8th Feb. They will send the forms after getting approval from CSE and SEC.

thanks guys. they can allow to trade these on the market if they not allow to de list.

SEC want to re consider about this minimum float rule
so they can allow to trade

EQIT one pay less money compare than their asset revalue amount. anyhow shareholders are stuck because of this issue

according to the Central ban building their NAV should be more than 200/= worth per share but they ready to pay only 77/= thats why who hold big amount of shares they don't happy to get this 77/=

SEC need t give the reason to refuse the approval so if they said they are paying less than their value then stocks need to go up by double..or more ....

Because of that issue .. all are loosing money and they missed the chance to trade with other stocks as well who had this stock..

unfortunately MPRH nothing worth it as ell of the de list and EQIT good premium but now no worth it with the interest rate and loosing money from other trades

SEC ruuning by useless stupid people. they are brainless ..

.... and Margin providers gave next big shock to shareholders.

If you had a considerable amount of any of those share in you p.f. and obtained margin loans on them, they suddenly change the value of those proposed delisted shares to zero and sent margin call asking money or to sell other shares to cover that deduction. The result was losing more money.

few years back if they delist then people like they can get more benefit .. now they are loosing double than they get

SEC and SE never look after the small investors .

and brainless people working for SEC and CSE.

and even the companies doesn't care
