Direct FN-Help

I have been using CDAX for my trading, so I am not familiar with Direct FN.

But one of my friend has an account with DNH, he wants to know "Cost Basis" column shows the cost incurred to buy shares.

Please help as both of us are new to Direct FN.

i assume he is talking about the average cost. which is the same as in CDAX. not sure if that is what you want to know about

Best thing is go to the help section of DirectFN. It will help you a lot. Top on the left side. There you can see DirectFN symbol then click on the symbol.

This is a different question.

IN DirectFN, when you enter Market Depth by Price for several stocks (Multiple Order Book in CDAX), how can you save it for future reference?

I also sent word to IT department manager of my broker. Seems they also don't know to reply. Haven't found a way yet.

it is cost based valuation of your shares. cost basis = owned * average cost
the same is there in CDAX maybe under a different name. should be the 4th column in portfolio manager
