how EC you say technical indicators are bullish. I think now it is in overbought territory. (RSI >80) and volume decreasing . It is sufficient for a stock to have cooled-off RSI by trading the stock at the same price for several days. When this happens the stock is said to be into a consolidation which means investors believe the current price is attractive. When the supply @ that price level is over then the buyers will up the bidding price coz the perceived value is high and this will create the next up trend for the stock. I ll tell you STAF will trade around 52-53 range tomorrow as well and by then the RSI will be 70 so that in the next week it will resume the journey to 60/- I wrote all these to give some thing for you to think and learn.
