Notes to the financial statement 4 (b) state that gain on disposal of Ekala property as Rs.215m. This will be taken into account quarter ending 30th September.

Unlike previous years positive corporate results have not shown any strength to drive the share price up. Real thrust should come from institutional, High end & foreign investors as they hold the asset for mid to long period.

Hi Teller,

You know I am new to stock market. I still don't understand how your people are calculation a future price for share. Can you explain a bit in detail. Redirect me to a place where I can study. Because I can see you have mention this share will touch Rs 130/-. Net asset is 61.58 and quarterly EPS is 1.82.  So it confusing me the value of Rs 130/- calculation.

Thanks for help me to study
Xavier

So, no other companies listed in CSE, can’t match with your HEXP, then what is the necessity arises to beat drum on behalf of HEXP?
Is this the profit going to rewrite new history in CSE, what about their cents 50 dividend subject to tax? Do you think even baggers in Sri Lanka will accept cents 50 as a Mersey donation? Glass issued Cents 35 without any tax liability for their shares when market share price was Rs.6.1 see the percentage
HEXP 130+ is not a dream but 65 is reality

That's a good question .
Now HEXP has earned averagely 2 rupees EPS quarter. If this operation continues in same way There EPS from operation will be 8 annually,
now land disposal has given 420 million so if they go for a bank deposit @10% they can earn additional rs1.30 rupee for a share quarterly.

Then Quarterly EPS will be RS. 3.30 and annualized EPS will be Rs.13.20.

As per the current manufacturing PER,this should be multiple by 11.8 X ,so new adjustable price should be Rs.155.76

Let's see the asset scenario also.
As per 30.06.2016 net asset value per share is Rs.61.58,
This contains disposal land also. This land contains 50% of total assets.
So 50% rest of assets are available with HEXP haven't done revaluation during last 8 years. So this revaluation surplus should be adjusted.
With this disposal HEXP got 26.50 per capital gain per share so current asset value (land may be in cash or debtor as disposal done)
For HEXP is Rs.88.08 but remember previous 50% balance should be revalued so it's Rs.30.50 but 60% revaluation surplus is possible which is Rs.18.30.
So current net asset value will be RS.106.38
Pice to book value in manufacturing should be minimum 1.5x
The adjusted price should be RS.159.57

Also HEXP is paying regular dividend which can be RS.10 in future so 9% return in dividend in current market price.
HEXp has earned 100% profit compare to last year same quarter.
It has reduced it's debt now very less peg ratio too.

This is a minimum scenario except their newly received orders from mercedez BENZ, dry carbon factory which align with HAYCAb and some supplies to kuliyapitiya car factory which is already finalize to build.

Finally HEXP has only 8 million issued share we should not forget that.

HEXP should be traded above 200 in next financial year.

Smart investors can get 100% return even entering at current market price is not bad at all.
In future this can Pass REXP with Latest developments.

In past REXP was trading below to HEXP so history can be repeated once again.
Now it's confirmed ,we have entered a successful journey.

Good. Based on Q1 earnings HEXP is trading at a PE of 12.4. On the other hand based on six months earnings shares like TAFL is trading at a PE of 4.5 or SAMP is trading at a PE of 4.9. Why you are not targeting those? Your decision seems to be not logical and influenced by external enforcements. Try to think logically.

Now Bartleet has suspended their HEXP dumping activities until Teller arrange enough scapegoats for his master Bartleet.
Disposal of revalued land is a one off action and not relevant to HEXP’S core business or performance.
If Teller wanted to include this sale proceeds to calculate EPS, this year EPS only magnified by this land sales proceeds next year it will be depth in EPS.
Some Bartleet agent are misleading the forum reader to arrange another set of scapegoat for his master Bartleet

I believe we have no infants here in the forum. No need to repeat land proceeds is one off cash. But have you thought what they would do with such large amount of cash?
