Stock Brokers / Investors,

It is useful for brokers / Investors  to make a comparison with some selected popular shares trading mainly above Rs. 125 to emphasis present HEXP price of Rs. 84.50 on 24/8/2016 is highly discounted.

Notes
(1)       Considered EPS for June quarter for other companies since EPS of only HEXP could be ascertained at present for September quarter.
(2)       Except for Seylan, Hotel Sigiriya considered companies with price range  of Rs. 125 to Rs. 2310.

SUMMERY
A.       1.  Out of 16 companies HEXP has highest EPS.
           2.  Out of 16 companies HEXP has 2nd highest cash per share.
3.  Out of 16 companies HEXP has 2nd highest NAV.
4.  Out of 16 companies HEXP has lowest PE.
B.        HEXP one of the very few debt free companies in CSE.
C.        Under new categorization HEXP under consumer durable and apparel has sector PE of 34.29 and record a very high price of Rs. 875 (34.29 x 25)
D.        Land sale although has a large impact on EPS this year It is estimated the company would have a EPS of Rs. 10 from normal operation since last 2 quarters would show better results.
We expect minimum EPS of Rs. 15 for next year since massive cash infusion of Rs. 420 M would fully impact it next year.
E.        We estimate NAV to be above Rs. 92 by end of this year. If proper valuation is done of other assets NAV would rise above Rs. 110.
Considering above factors it is possible for the share price HEXP to rise above Rs. 170 during the current financial year.

Ps.      Unlike in the past HEXP is now not a trading share and fundamentally sound share and more real investors including high net worth /institutions should move in.

HEXP NAV 86.75 also assumption for end of September

I am not against HEXP at current level. But comparision done unfairly.

This one is a sheer promoter. I know this guy has a lot to clear and that idiot try to use the forum to unload. The comparison put here aiming nothing but for sheer mislead the public. One off estimated capital gain included in EPS and then arriving PER for the company to compare with many other companies with stable cash flows is a hell of a joke. I am monitoring this idiot for the past several months and duly treated those misleading posts several times.

On a separate note the HEXP lovers in this forum has gone back to their shelves and I guess they have made good profits. They showed prices in stars and moons to the followers and probably dumped on their heads. Now they must be having good beer but the followers are stranded on top of mountain tips or coconut trees unable to come down to earth and waiting for the next round of propaganda.

Phew Shocked

Blue Blooded is recently opened James Bond style ID profile in this forum for the sake of HEXP and its manipulators. The amount of time spent on to create this type of article or post clearly shows the motive behind and its necessity arises, to save guard their boss. If HEXP is so good no one will sell the HEXP including Bartleet, they are still doing their maximum to dump big quantity of HEXP@97 but in reality they are ready to sell even below 65 the reason is they are trying to catch some Scape goats, this is their desperate attempt.
These manipulators are not beggars, they are living in five star hotels in Colombo with posh cars and some are living in middle East Countries hotels like Teller and for this they want money.
Could you contribute or help them? If you contribute them one day you can beg from them because they will become rich and rich but you will be a beggar at traffic signal light or road side.

Thanks to see all of you after long vacation. I agree with Blueblooded,in some points of view but disagree with some .
Once again I want to tell that Teller doesn't have any fake IDs.
What ever I want to post I use Teller only.
Second thing is I holding around 5% of HEXP compare to my million value portfolio .
I hold HEXP as an investment hopefully it will surpass 130+ levels in a limited time. I don't care others but I hold, accumilate HEXP as I know one of secrets.
Next week I am going to accumulate so if any wish to sell I am ready to buy at current levels.
83-85 is one best technical point to buy and surely it must surpass 87.50 then 92 barriers.
HEXP new asset value will be 90+ due to retained earnings plus land disposal gain.
HEXP can go easily 15/- rupee EPS in this FY In current scenario.
People who agree this point better to buy ,hold HEXP so will be a real winner.
Coming week will be a fantastic week for HEXP as panic sellers ng over and new comers into HEXP.

HEXP 130+ target is not a dream.
