KOTA is going to kota Uda...most of the plantations companies are facing critical issues at the moment. What to do??

Rights factory masters are issuing another wave of rights. KOTA belongs to Lankem group.

They are famous for issuing rights at regular intervals; to compensate their bad management or industry losses.

That means in long term they collect money from out pockets than giving out (by dividends or bonus issues. ).
Capital gain is only hope with these people.

In addition, Plantation sector is experiencing and developing very bad situation. High cost and no good labour destroying the sector.
Next round of Indian labour inflow would ease their problems but with that many other long term troubles may establish and destruct in the country.
