What are your thoughts on John Keells stock brokers?
What are JKSB prerequisites? how much to maintain in the account? ....any hidden fees?

Up to now they were good for me. But they also recomended me to buy PAP when it's trading at 8.00

Brockers can recommended any shares to buy... But you have to finally think about before buying because this is your hard earn money Very Happy

They did unethical practice by promoting two IPOs that they had huge conflicts of interests, i,e, their mother company holding a significant stake ,specially bought at prices far below the IPO price, and recommended them to by at a higher premium.

Who can say they are not doing the same thing to other shares at secondary market, promoting and manipulating, specially when their mother company has very diversified interests on many stocks/sectors

There's a sinhala saying" wehera gilapu ekata Aggalawa kajjakda?"

PS-Other broker firms might be much more un-ethical than this, but I just pointed out since this is a thread on JKstock brokers
