We all know Bairaha (BFL) is very strong share compare to other food processing industry shares. It runs as a debt free company and went upto RS. 520/= last year.But now it is RS 360/-. I beleive Once their new factory at puttalum starts its production in August, the value of share must pass Rs 650/= . Experts ideas appreciated....

BFL has almost reached to the Over Sold region in RSI.
normally its a good time for a BUY.

Hi Hettdas , to trade at 650 they will need to get a earning of 56 at current PE of 12. Can that be done. Even if the market moves them to a fair value of 15 PE at Rs.30 eps thay can trade at 450 which is a possibility. If you take the latter to consideration to your decision the share is value. But I dont know whether it will shoot up to Rs.650 unless otherwise it gives at least a 45 earnings.

I watched carefully about BFL since Jan 2010 while it's just Rs.24 per share. Share goes up with the time and i picked @ 130 level. BFL is most successful share for the year 2010.Its very worthy even 400- 450 levels also due to heavy undervalued.
However this is not a buying recommendation.
