Stock Trader

Currently, I have received CDS Account Opened notification from CSE. But, my broker firm Capital Trust advisor told me to wait two days for deposit funds until system get the account (While I have received system generated email for account opening) and another two days for get online trading. Altogether Two weeks will take since the moment of document submission. As all educational resources about CSE says, only two working days will take for open CDS. But, apparently it takes Two working weeks. When you try to get BOI approval for investment, will be same delay. When you try to register a company in SL will be the same manner. Any comments about our backward slow systems? Or particularly I am facing special incident?
