is the dividend pending due to the financial institutes dividend paying barrier?
and after seeing the reports they can declare a good dividend and why is the share having a bearish movement with such positives?

CFVF has been stagnant for a long time and I have been collecting during these red days. Was impressed by the last reports and entered but not much of a movement even with such positivity on the company. Any news on when a dividend might be announced and hopefully to see some green upward movement?
If there is any other info on CFVF kindly enlighten me.

I THINK good dividend is on the way(maybe interim one) and payment date should be after march 31.
so most probably they will announce it with in nxt few weeks

Yes I too holding with hopes of a dividend and share price increase somewhere in April.

For the financial year, 2019/2020 EPS of First Capital Holdings was Rs. 10.28 and they paid out a dividend of Rs. 9.00 ( Rs.4/- in May 2019 and Rs. 5/- in May 2020). In the current year so far up to December, EPS is Rs. 17.39, and therefore, I guess that we can hope for good news soon. However, payment of dividends is a decision to be taken by the Board of Directors according to its business strategy.

now, CFVF party times, 1st interim dividend Rs.5, dividend yield 10.20%. Hopefully, 2nd interim dividend in June 2021. Monday, CFVF will hit Rs.60-62 level.

1st interim dividend yield is very impressive over 10% which is double the rate banks offer for annual fixed deposits CFVF performance is impressive.

Both dividend 1st & 2nd, altogether DY will become over 20% for 2020/21 FY.

Seem to be @Eranga87 prediction should be correct one. I also believe RS 65 levels. Don't forget recently they raised 2Bn fund via debenture issued. Further business growing. I am happy if they declared dividend earlier. Anyway, now CFVF party times. All people around the CFVF. Great day.

Now we are in a positive market sentiment. 2nd Interim will be declare only around end may or after.

Hope 2nd Interim div. will give before the month of June. now, the possibility collect the lowest side. after 1 week, opportunities will be disappeared. better now collect anticipating 2nd div. Min. Rs.7.
