Cement, Iron,cable, and other manufacturing and construction area shares have good positive potential for sure.It is guaranteed by the government economic policy as well. Unlike financial stocks these shares like Tokyo,ACL, Kelani, shares and property related ones will go ahead.Plantation shares also have goodtime but as far as long term investment stability is concerned said shares have growing capacity.
By the way fixed and growing fixed income companies who are in renting buildings, real estate such as ONAL will establish theirs positions as investors fake panic mind go off.

Keeping stocks like Tokyo, ACL still Corona settle down gives maximum portion of profit no? Since Corona bad news flying , it doesn't give much motivation to investors to deal their best prices.

This is my feeling also. We saw few companies posting good profits and eps gain during latest interim financials. However this has not translated into a gain in share price. Main reason last couple of weeks was the bad timing of financials release with corona curfews and the wild market fluctuations.

Hopefully with a steady market like today we can see profitable companies relate that in their share price. Best case is to see how TPL will perform tomorrow based on their good report released today.

At their AGM they told, now clinker prices are down and also shipping costs are reduced compared to April/March peak covid season

3Q – 4 (Minimum estimation)
4Q – 4 (Minimum estimation)

Therefore, Approx. Minimum Expected EPS for 2020/21 – 15
(This is very minimum, going forward Cement use and demand is only going to continuously grow with Port City and the construction boom)

Materials Sector PER – 14x (as of 16 Septemeber, Asha Securities)
But applying a lower 10x PER, share would be valued @ 150
Even lower, 6x to 8x brings it between 90 to 120.

So Tokyo should easily join the triple digits club soon. Collect and watch!

i saw, TKYO revenue income decreased by -22% and both admin. & distribution expenses declined by -79%.Atlast, profit increased. have problem , why significantly revenue income declined?? can expect next time huge profits due to de-growth in revenue income. sorry, i cant see future superb performance in TKYO.

Actually TKYO.X should trade at least 61+ level by next week but may be tomorrow this could start trading @ 51+. If there is no bad news about covid19 spread during this long weekend and curfew period it will definitely move above 61 for sure. But this is not a buy or sell recommendation, but this is my positive thinking after I saw the FR. Smile

Yes I'm on the boat from a about three months and I bought TKYO,HAYC,DIPD,ACL,AEL as long term investments. But I was happy to see the good FR of TKYO yesterday and thought that my decision was correct. cheers
