these days FlCh is kinnda busy trading. . so if ut flys with a big news attention for lucky will be low.

its not expected that the non voting share to pass voting share. but investors will nit eye on it as there is a risk of dumping voting shares.

in this matter we can not expect Major share holders to sell of their stake. becouse they conveniently get off from the loans they obtained..

if lucky trades really good it will affect LMF also.. which recently started its up trend....

so so we ll see.. LUK or..

Their main objective is to settle long term liabilities. Even at present their net asset is close to 3. I think by next year they could improve their earnings very well since their debts are over. Even it doesn't appreciate on first day investors of non voting should not panic.

This is going down in the coming period...... some fake runs will be initiated..... all value investors beware do the maths and invest read the prospectus thoroughly....... these lead managers and brokers and banks may paint a rosy picture on this type of companies....... there is hardly any info at the moment so better to take laid back approach for the time being

lucky has a good brand name. but their management is not strong for expand the business

so so.. .. it went in 3.60.sss

so the issued number of llmp.x is - 24, 000 , 000

Traded today - 11, 943, 239

so more than half changed in hands today.

and directors do not hold any X shares. so friends don t you think that still there is a big tendency to hike up....

but the normal share worries a lot.. it traded at 5.90 even .. may be by panic sellers or big guns to persuade panic selling to collect at low.

When considering the management i am not that much pessimistic , Mr Gunawardena has started this from the ground level and built it to a PLC level.
may be he s tricky .. to hand over to public and then to enjoy the profits..

any way i am not sure about their NAV ..

any way can you ppl remember how UBC , VONE came in 2011.. vone management was never considered bad.. he even collected at 25 at that time..
