There was once a company called Carsons Marketing. I am a bit too young to remember what exactly happened to it, but I think it was delisted. Other than that there was Pure Beverages

Actually to delist the owners don't need to buy 100% - 75% is enough. The company has to offer to buy all outstanding minority shares - that's what Carsons have just done.

cse.alpha has always been saying highly illiquid stocks should trade at a discount. Now it's clear that he or she is so obviously right.

what should be the offer price. is it market price or IPO value or any other decided value?

The rules say a fair price. In the case of Palm oil stocks, they have taken the WVA price for the 21 days before the offer.

Where do they find sellers again if this is gonna de-list?

Ceylon oxigen COL was delisted in 2007 by paying Rs. 240/= per share to shareholders at that time. If I remember right.
