Dividend rate is good. But the share price movement is not, and the price doesn't reflect the actual value of the company. The price is stagnating between 74-80 and once in a way it goes above 80. COMBX is trading around 68 and they give 4.50 cash and 2.00 script every year. So that’s close to 10%
