Yes, Good share, I remember, it was traded around Rs.110 before few years. but CERA gives more opportunity to record quick capital gain in a rally !! It was traded above Rs.138 in last year

LWL should be at 115 at least by now. Smile

good thing is that there is a sharp by signal for LWL appeared today too.

Expecting LWL will reach 100 tomorrow and during this week trading will be 115 to 120.

Lwl and RCL ,both not easy to declare considerable dividend based on current cash flow . In such point they are over value.

They never declared a considerable dividend reflecting earnings. So the prices of these shares are on earnings. Have never seen a split of share either. This is the exact reason why they were trading so low compared to their NAV and to have such a low P/E.

People are buying LWL & RCL based on future earrings
Due to import restriction they have monopoly
They will declare divided in future

Wrong/misleading statement.
Why would someone say a share is overvalued because they don't pay a dividend?
Let's study LWL financials.

1. It's true that the company and group earnings have been decreased. But still, they are making considerable profits.

2. Even though they didn't pay dividends, this makes increment of LWL retain earnings gradually. Let see how this has been happened in the past few years
