In reality, this is really hard. You can not 100% sure weather it is a peak or a bottom for any share in CSE.

Some times share prices go beyond the level showing by technical counters and sometimes prices go below the resistance levels.

By looking at a average view, it is better to say, dont buy once in the middle of rally and dont sell when the market is down.

Thing more than twice before buy @ preopen time... ( always High (most)people very greedy to do day trading )
Thing more than twice before sell @ closing time.... (always Low (most) People they don't like to keep stock)
