Dear pricing experts,
Please predict the exit price on GRAN and TAFL based on below points.

GRAN
====
(1) Current dividend of Rs 9.00 per share
(2) During 2001, this went up to 260 + with out this much strong financial reports.
(3) Best ever quarter and year result are anticipating to release on last week of this month
(4) still the technical indicators (such RSI,MACD,..,etc) are good on this counter

TAFL
====
(1) Current dividend of Rs 11.00 per share
(2) During 2001, this went up to 270 + with out this much strong financial reports.
(3) Best ever quarter and year end result are anticipating to release on last week of this month
(4) still the technical indicators (such RSI, MACD,..,etc) are good on this counter

TAFL should trade minimum 320
That’s 8 PER
Expect EPS 40
Ideally Rs 400

That seems like a more accurate ratio between the two!
As per my analysis, GRAN should trade at approx 70-75% of TAFL price.

whoever sold today were expecting a price drop tomorrow... whoever collecting knows that there will be a final dividend coming with super financial results... and me peacefully observing the markert...

20 will be a realistic number to look for. TAFL has about Rs 120 cash per share. Most of which were parked in fixed income assets. Now with the low interest rate environment, the company is releasing cash via dividends. Can expect 20-25 dividend per year going forward. This should easily trade close to 400 in the coming months.
