Don't get caught to the LITE-R madness. Why do you even want to pay Rs 0.1 when you can buy the same share for less than Rs 15.

the big whales have already buy their bids at 0.10 and offloading at higher prices to the retailers. Majority of Retailers won't have the financial ability to exercise these rights and it doesn't make sense as they could buy for less than Rs 15 in the open market.

All the retailers will once again sell their rights at Rs 0.1 back to the whales if they are lucky or it's a sunk cost.

the directors won't do this. they need the money from the rights for a further investment. they won't leave the rights on paper hands

LITE.R in my knowledge has nil value.
