Don't sell your valuable shares when suspension announced. As per history when suspension announcements made poor retailers who doesn't know when annual report will be released will sell at a loss while those insiders collect since they know inside info on the status of the annual report.

Actually this suspension regulations benefit insiders a lot. SEC this is over to you to reconsider the suspension regulations to safeguard retailers

These shares need not have a reason also. In 2011, EAST declared just 0.50 dividend it shot up from 12 to 52 during xd. When comparing current financial situation of EAST to 2011, it is better off now in multiple folds. When market is in bull mode as now seen, any crap will fly.
East now has closer to 10 rs cash per share. If it sell SPEN and COMB shares just imagine cash position. These days cash in king.

Now EAST backed with better fundamentals along with speculative nature. drunken

FY20/21 earnings will well back up this even if reach to 1.5 times of its NAV (Q1 +Q2 =Rs 1.24 Q3 -Rs 0.55/- as of to-date based on current valuation of COMB+SPEN with operating income).

EAST holders are well deserve and its long outstanding...
