2 Rupees Interim Dividend is good.
almost 10% of share price.

But, this may be the only dividend for this annual from CFVF.

it also a healthy sign of the company.

yeah this time dividend news has not leaked. in last year dividend news had leaked lot earlier.. and the reaction was huge from the investors. it went 10 to 60 before the official news came. though dividend was huge last time.

meh!

for more than an year now people were expecting 7-8 rupee divided from this company. So far all we've got is 2 rupees.

WE cant expect that much mono. After the dividends(Rs.15) paid last year share split was announced 1 in to 3. That means 5/- per share after split ne. This year sometimes they will give a final dividend of another Rs. 2,00 I guess. Not sure. Up to the Board of Directors.

BUKI is giveng a devidend of Rs 1.50/ ( investment is Rs 1050 ) and CNVF is giving you Rs 2/ @ Rs 20.

V.Good EPS of around 9, excellent dividend yeild of around 9%, relatively good NAVPS of 14.9

Isn't CFVF worth around 30 or more?

They did give a very high dividend last time too, so that shows they offer good dividend for investors, hence we could afford to keep this stock for very long time.

Last time when they gave a dividend price went up through the roof.

what do u think guys?

CFVF declared a very healthy dividend last week, as i can remember the best dividend declared in this year, as a percentage of the current trading price.Dont need to wait like for HOPL. XD date is on 5th August,Payment date is on 15th August.Can deposit the cheque before end of August.

Share will rise future before XD date and will come down immediately after the XD date,couple with their quarter results, so we can sell with a little margin and can make a good capital gain too.

How is the Idea?? Very Happy

I think it's 9% dividend. I rely do think this share is rely worth. their P/E is around 3-4. And they do offer high high dividend. last time they offered 15/=.(before the 3:1 split, so effectively 5/= dividend).

so it's almost like putting ur money in a FD.
Since it has very low P/E, one day this stock will raise very heavily.

Rs.15/- div was before the subdivision.. now Rs. 2/- for a 22 rupee share looks valued to me..

yeap its a valuable share at the current price. But not attractive at the CSE.It seems that ppl are not considering the Rs.2 dividend.
