Why did he sell shares of his own company?
Should we buy then when the owner dispose the quantity to the public?
What does this mean?
Does it mean that he has no faith in his own company?

The question is whether Nimal sold his stake to the public or not?...However, on the other hand if Rishan the founder of the Company directly sold to the public it would have looked a bit ugly. But now the news goes as Rishan sold to Nimal and what Nimal's motive of the purchase is anybodies guess.

Nimal has bought only 5% or 10Mil of Rishan's holding, I heard other 10Mil was bought by DJ.. Now we know Nimal is not an investor unlike DP. So I'm also yet to find out whether he's already dumped at a 2-3 rupees profit.. If so we're in trouble..

I do not know whether it is true or not but according to Marketinvest he has dumped.

Luckily i excited with some profit and did some day trading with profits too.

But the question is why did Mr Rishan misguide the public by saying Dilith J also brought PCH. This shows the intention of their media campaign.

Since retailers brought the 10 million shares, this increases the pch share circulation. More supply in the market. Therefore ultimately this would negatively affect the share price even if we take off the panic selling effect.

Way to go

At latter part of trading hours after 11 I think, adding insult to the injury, DFN messed the portfolios by not highlighting the nwly bought shares on the portfolios, needless to say I even missed to house keep the quantities and shares I dealt today..

I'm skepticle to know whether this has been an organised crime regarding the PCH deal Wink

Also as Chamith said, what was the intention of Rishan's to misguide the public? Well its a strategic thinking as he knows DJ is the new kid on the block and proved to be a real pumper of shares.. he hee.. This is the real faces of scumbags in SL. Though PCH is taking very good names to the management cadre still the gilmarts are goin on Wink

Wow.. we're at mercy.. as no laws to punish the misguidence of such public interest with false information..

This is a game and we're just the pawns of it..

This share is not even worth 18 to me. Now that the public holding has been increased, this will have more pressure as supply on the trading floor is higher.

there should be a rule for "Crossed" shares . they should not be allowed to resale for at least one week from the date of crossing .

If Rishan tried to sell that to the public then the share price goes down and he would not be able to sell at 20. Then he involved NP and DJ and ultimately both the parties got some profit.
After NP dumped his shares, now DJ says that he didn't buy although Rishan told so. Funny eh! Very Happy
