hahaha in terms of trading yes...............he must be very very very and i dont know how many very to repeat , he is very lucky...........but for your information will pen down few points.

Fundamentals are very weak: hotel was destroyed in Dec 2004 tsunami, and no operations now - net book value is (minus) -Rs472 per share : Debt of Rs270 m - Related party dues of Rs227 m - Debt results in interest charges despite minimal staff - 2010 loss was -Rs25 m. This was in 2010.

Its a freaking loss making near bankrupt company. Not even worth 1 penny. yeah this price is obviously attractive. God bless who bought these kind of crap at 200 range...and in the time to come god bless the people who bought these for 100 range....

BINN has a huge land now without a hotel.. So if NP, DJ sees this they'll buy it thinking its a valued land so the price may go up Wink he hee
