Some say our market is over regulated. Yes, some what it is true. But why it is over regulated? It is to minimize the manipulation and insider dealings. That is Mr MC tried to do. In return he has been kicked off with a promotion with the help of angered powerful players in the market.

Free market is the ideal without any restrictions such as Price Bands. We experienced the
ill effects of these restrictions. Let buyers to decide what and when to buy.

On the other hand did SEC manage to achieve their objectives in implementing restrictions in the market? I do not think so, as wrong doers make their way through loop holes of these restrictions and continue their unethical practices in the market. It is only the retail investors who suffered the most of these actions of bigger players and market watch dog. SEC only had seen one or two aspects of the market without having a broader picture of what this market is all about. For some one to have a good look at this market he should be a experienced person with sufficient knowledge from the industry and I wish the next replacement to the position of DG should be a person "know how".
