RICH Rs. 0.40 dividend

A quality dividend from a quality company.

Yield = 4.7% (Just an interim dividend...more to follow)

For FY2009/2010 Rs. 1.00
For FY 2010/2011 Interim & Final Rs. 0.30 (after split 1:15) So 4.50
For FY 2011/2012 Interim Rs. 0.40 (So Rs. 6.00)

Might Possible, at the same time they also form a new company for the Insurance Business and they need to invest on that as well, also they are on the expansion mode on the Retail Sector again which they needed big capital infusion, also still there borrowings are high, also i think they can't get the Companies Credit Sales to there bank account until they settle the 1 Billion Loan

In the past they gave handsome dividend also.

RICH gave a interim dividend of Rs 0.2 last year also. Then final RS 0.1. When they gave 0.2 we thought it was generous then. But this time compared to the lower price of the share this is more than generous.

I was not expecting Rich to this high dividend due to their retail/education( possible) expansions and also their insurance business. But it seems RICH know
a) how to take take of shareholders in a bad down turn
b) might have some other plans for capital needs which we might not be aware of

Also it appears most of these monies have come from Share sale.

What ever said and done, the Chairman/board seems to have some vision.

At times I think RICH should dispose MASK and probably concentrate more on expanding diversity in KGAL and NAMU.
Even before this wage issue and massive loss , Mask has been having some internal issues I heard. ( to be confirmed)

Anyway those who hold RICH be happy with was is offered on a plate.

Considering their EPS, and P/E value what would be a discounted price for RICH?
