As per prospectus: 50% for retail investors
As per SEC directive: 40% for retail investors + 10% for unit linked funds
am I right?
So is there a major consequence? I think it's just about the less than 10% difference

in the early case the person who apply for 10,001 shares will NOT be consider as a retail investor, but now a retailer can apply up to 20,000 shares

thanks for the heads up gaja. This would have been of great importance.
I think this is because the propectus was prepared before the SEC directive. If so, good on their part for recognising the retail investors category (If they did)

If you have applied not more than 20,000 shares, then you will be considered as a retailer. (which I think is better)
