In the market 7 small share capital and highly illiquid stocks should be go for sub division of shares.

CPRT =============35,010 shares
KZOO ============ 50,000 shares
OFEQ ============ 83,356 shares
PARA ============ 100,028 shares
SWAD =========== 130,666 shares
SLND =========== 360,000 shares
ASPH =========== 666,562 shares

In this list ASPH only major opportunity for buy because of trading very low price in the market ,others stocks trading more than 1000.00

I think you should give it a rest about share splits and illquids and explore other options at CSE. It is clear to many that you regularly mention the same point about illquid shares and splits. We know it. But when it does not happen for years you posts will only fall as promotions. Be careful. This is for your own good. I hope you understand .

But i really hope for your sake one of these companies will announce a share split.

Are these the only shares that need a split? Do we have to be reminded every week or 2?

What about other real fundamental shares ( that actually has value) that are trading at high prices that most people cannot afford. ALLI, DIMO for example if we are talking about illquids.

I guess the argument is ASPH with NAV around Rs 100 , EPs of Rs 4 trading at now Rs 300 deserves a better price of Rs 1000 as there are only 650000+ shares issued and very illquid.

This is as opposed to ALLI for example with NAv of 590+ , Eps of 170 now at Rs 750 with 2.4 Million shares.

I am not saying this cannot happen as some manipulator can push ASPH up if they get in. But am curios why people actually don;t try to talk about fundamental illquids than illiquids which do not have value this much.
Kind of falls into value "promotion" area isn;t it.

If ASPH goes to Rs 1000+ definetley there will be some loosers at the top holding this for years with no hope of recovery in fundamenals But if ALLI goes to Rs 1000 still it has potential to grow in value as annual EPs is Rs 170+ right now.

I hope you guys see what i mean. There is a matter of ethic here also.

Gainer is collecting slowly with the intention of gettin a directorship.. So he can propose each of these companies a share split Wink

Now at the pace Gainer goes, I'm sure companies gonna have negative publicity of share splitting.. And there wont be much of an interest when the actual news comes out as we've been hearing these since 2010..

However there's a possibility that a company top official sees this msg and think of it.. So he might do it before Gainer forcefully does it lol!

As I told earlier in this forum, Gainer is expecting these share splits from inception. I wonder when it's going to be materialized?

Would it be easier to write to the company director board and propose them to split asap? Maybe 50 or 100 to 1 share split. This way some people here will finally get their wish.

This way it is done and finished and this issue won;t come up again and again. Very Happy

Everyone have their own concept towards investing.
But some of them push their concept to others which most of the time irritatiing to us. Hope Gainer can understand the forum members view on his threads.

My opinion about ASPH currently trading price good for buy i think within short term can make profit.

C'mon Gainer you can do it. You can reach a 1,000 posts about splitting.
Until then maybe you should take a laxative, all your stuck splits might come out then.

Reasonable demand for sub division of shares small share capital stocks.when it will go for sub division after that it will come down the price more shares in the market for trading every one can buy and sell .
currently if you want to buy CPRT or OFEQ ,or SWED very hard to buy even 100 shares only you can buy 1 share.
Every one try to understand my reasonable demand.

Example :Year 2008 these stocks went to sub division of shares BRWN split by 9 shares then 2 shares capitalization,
CARG split by 40 shares,
CTHR split by 70 shares before sub division very hard to buy these stocks after that trading well in the market.

SEC also recomended for sub division of share small share capital stocks.

Forum cannot do anything aboutthese spilts. What do you want forum member to do?
Why don't you make your request to Director of these companies.

You always seems to be going after these illquids and worrying abotu them. Try to balance your portfolio.
