I heard that Blue.N0000 and Blue.X0000 are going to be de-listed due none-compliance with CSE listing rules and directors are also like to take the advantage now. It was leaked information from one of the board member that he was selling his entire shares purchased on a nominee account two years back. He sold at a lost. It was seen that there was no increase in the price.

What will be the repurchase price if it is true? Who will be going to absorb the losses in that case? CSE/Stupid directors or the existing public share holders? . Experts pls advice I have 178,000 shares of Blue.X0000

Yes I also heard it. They did not demonstrated the CSE Company's ability to repay shares back at any given time. It was continuously violated. Further None submission of quarterly reports and cheating investors on company announcements- share split. It right LOL. Disclosures will be made by the Company and the CSE when the inquiry letter is reviewed.

LOL I sold all my shares well head. June 2012 haha Cool

Treat this share worse than the likes of GREG. I know one of the former directors.
He just says keep clear. No information.

Well they also lifted the 6 month broker buy/sell period. So they can trade freely with or without info I guess.

a the time of his introduction they couldn't have done that right? That raises serious concerns IF he had been trading.

Anyway, although the restriction has been lifted, Trading on insider information should not be possible.

Now who would come forward to pin point they'd trade with insider info? Even if an inquiry is made, who would call the carpet?

I don't have this share, but this is a cheap and dirty attempt to buy some shares at lower prices.

1. If the company is going to be de-listed, and if you are sure about the information, definitely you will sell it,
before disclosing it in the forum.

2. You are asking about the re-purchase price, if the information is true. If it is going to be de-listed, why
You want to buy it again?

3. If a company is going to de-list due to non-compliance with CSE rules, it will be first transferred to the
DEFAULT BOARD, before de-listing.

So if I am predicting your situation; you have bought at 2.20 or 2.30 and sold today with a .40 or .50 cts loss. Now you want to bring the share down to buy again.
