Good observation,stocks belongs to plantation and BFI will have good short term gains.As shown by last Q reports almost all PLT have done very well,The anticipated run will come before the wage hike.Once the run starts,There will be plenty of panic buyers who were reluctant to buy at lower levels will jump and buy at peak.

For BFI sector wait for next interest rate revision,if it lowered finance and companies like CFVF will rock.

Including LGL you can buy many shares at a low price at these days. (I don't have LGL in my portfolio)

select counters having good dividend history and check for the Net Assets Value(NAV). Some are traded below the NAV. Keep eye on them and pick up little by little.
