I am waiting to see how they are going to finance the purchase!

Are they going to keep the same number of employees or are they are plan to give any VRS? If so how much it will cost?

On the remaining how much will accept the Mandatory offer? What will be the cost of that?

Will the company is in the overall position to increase the selling prices to in corporate increase in the electricity cost?

we should not forget that now they have the monopoly in there industry. so they have some power to decide the price of their product

Mostly, nothing related to management structure and employees will be changed, other than several directors, and some top management ppl.
A. Page will still be the chairman, and Deputy chairman will also be the same. MD will not change. A. Page also became a director at RCL as well.
It will be a good opportunity to LWL and Swisstek Mortar under RCL, HOPL under Heyleys, and Unidil Packaging as well.

LWL local market exposure will be increased, RCL export market exposure will be increased.

So finally, LWL, RCL will have a brighter future. Smile
