Ms. Ratten Abdulhussein is the Joint Managing Director of Pan Lanka Travels & Tours and Immediate Past Chairperson of PATA Sri Lanka Chapter.
The appointment has been made during the 63rd PATA Executive Board Meeting and the AGM of the organization held during Mid-May in Zhuhai, China.
The Industry Council of PATA consists of the travel and leisure sector representatives coming from many countries of the World, which has local PATA Chapters.
Founded in 1951, the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), is a not-for profit association that is internationally acclaimed for acting as a catalyst for the responsible development of travel and tourism to, from and within the Asia Pacific region.
Currently 42 PATA Chapters and 10 PATA Student Chapters around the world assist local travel industry communities.
Sri Lankan Chapter of the PATA is an affiliated body of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, which is the premier Chamber in the country.
