Dear Guys,

Did you notice the OB? While ago some one bought 1.8 Mn of BIL at 1.80? And Almost It has been traded over 2.4 Mn sofar. Is this because, some one wants to bring it up?
Will it Pass 1.90 - 2.00 before right issue becoming effective.
