Net Asset Value of over Rs 28/=, PER below 7X and trading at Rs 22.70. 19% Turnover Growth and 37% Profit Growth. PEG Ratio <2. OSEA is planning to divest part of Havelock City Project to at a capital gain. I think this share is worth look. I just bough 10,000 shares.

I have complete faith in this company. I owned this stock 3 years ago at 15 and I was fed up. Sold last year for same amount. Now I have new found faith in his stock. This is a STAR!! Medium term it will do well. 3-6 months. results will also continue to do well and also the capital gain. So all good things.!!!!

With Pravir Samarasinghe being the Head of the Company and his extra ordinary ability to turn every shop and space corner to a rentable space and profit, I am sure he will make profit for Overseas Realty. This is certainly a buy.

Seem like the Retracement @38.2% held it and now heading towards 24 with chance of testing 25Rs RES (last high) Very Happy

one great share whch did a super turnaround...it was lagging at 15 levels for more than a year....amazing run...i still have faith and i am holding...
