I have been following this counter for a long time.
They have around 17 million total shares.

Out of this 17 million, 2 million shares were bought on mid Sep as a crossing, at a price of Rs. 42 (attached the crossings details fyi). This is around 12% of the total shares.

Again Kelsey is active today and started with 39 and came to high 44 and closed at 42.50. Nearly 9% price increase during the day.

I believe this is getting ready for big thing !!!, by nature of this counter there is not much selling listed in the order book.

Out of 17 million total shares, Dunamis Capital CSEC owns 63 % Dinesh Shafter owns 9%, Manjula marthwes has nearly 4% ( she is director of CSEC).

This is Shafters' company.
What i am trying to find is out of 17 million , 2 million shares were bought on OCT (correction to my above post which I have commented this crossing happened on SEP, it should correct as Oct).

IF CSEC or Shafters sold or bought this 2 million whic is nrarly 12%,
we should notice the CSE announcement. But this notice didnt come. Based on that fact I assume these main playeres dindnt cross these 12% @ Rs 42.

So it should be new player, looking for a trading opportunity.

Lets keep on eye on KDL.
