i thought to buy some shares from BLUE 200-300

what are your suggestion - is this good for long term or short term investment .

Don't buy now
wait until right issue share come to market then easy to buy X under 0.70, N under 1.50

Why BLUE?
If you new and want to grab the art of trading & investing, I suggest you to try something else which has more sound fundamental values.
