JKH after sub division of shares it will come down 170.00 levels then see the Warrents value.
Warrants will be dangerous and High Risky handle with care.
JKH.W 22 very dangerous and Risky it will come down below 10.00

Tricky announcement make more attention about JKH ..

not much different ..
Don't chase them unless JKH go up ..

any how JKH will move with this or they can push up who collect until today
Some time they can push down with this announcement to collect more

But small risk with this now

@ VNR98,

This is nonsense.

As per an experienced elder working with me , this is actually not a sub division. (mathematically)
They give 1 free share for 7 shares you have.
If you have 700 shares they will send you another 100 free of charge.

When this happens number of issued shares goes up. That mean value of a share goes down.

JKH was trading at 200/- now it should be 200 * 7 / 8 = 175/-

Due to increase of shares they have reduced the conversion price of Warrants.
W22 185 to 161.87

Theoretically, current values of W22, earlier 200-185 = 15/-
With altered prices, 175-161.87 = 13.13
Value of W22 goes further down due to this.

I do not know how market react. It may go other way.

JKH.N after split it will come down 170 levels then very hard to move up it will take long time to go up coz of high liquidity and high selling presure.
JKH.W22 and JKH.W23 both are high Risk

Suddenly JKH can go up tomorrow .. because some investors grab this without any idea

So good for the market because ASI will go up

But as DammanBoy , Gainer said ,, and as I mentioned this is nothing
just they made more attention on this

I agree DAMMANBOY reply. After Sub Division JKH shares capital increase, if market top at that time JKH up otherwise price will down.

This is a share subdivision and not a capitalization of reserves.
Idea behind the subdivision is to provide more liquidity to the stock. As after the subdivision price becomes Rs. 175 (assuming share prices stays at Rs. 200 when subdivision happens). Then it is much easier to purchase for small investors. then liquidity of the stock goes up.
More demand for stock means prices will go up.

Simply today JKH run the market for sure.

But sadly most people in Sri Lanka do not know the fact behind the subdivision.
But for sure foreigners do............
