There is some chunk of SFL N with ---- broker house chairman & now he has sold more than 75% what he held...

Can expect a huge jump from SFL N from tomorrow or Friday onwards....

Rights of SFL Preference Shareholders

01-The participating option of the preference shares issued entitles the Preference Shares upon allotment to confer the right to an annual dividend of Rs.0.10 per share and in addition confer a Participating Right to receive any dividend declared and paid to the Ordinary shareholders.
02-In the event the company sustain losses, no dividend will be paid to preference shareholders.
03-The holder of the share is not etitled to a vote.
04-The preference shareholders get priority of compensation over ordinary shareholders in the event of liquidation.

If you were watching how trading has happened yesterday & today.Still there is immense selling pressure around Rs11 -Rs11.50 ....In order to stay above Rs12 players have to come up with a different strategy.

IMO-This will come back to Rs 10.00- Rs 10.20 levels again before a major uptrend....

Profit taking can be expected during next week & once normal share settled above Rs 21 SFL P will get a great boost.

I am keeping my target as Rs14+ by end of this year...

But guys now this is some what heated & some cooling is required.

Remember 03 golden rules
01-Pick Correct Share
02-Enter at Correct price.
03-Realize profit at correct exit point.

Guys,

My broker keep on advising me not to buy at this level, it will depreciate further, since selling pressure is very high, the price might drop in coming weeks. Can anyone suggest a good entry price for NTB and TAFL ??
