Hi Forum Friends
Healthy Market should move up day by day. Not in one day 700 or 800 points. It will happen if any very good news for country such has after election strong government etc. Normal days if up by 700 points some gains some will lose a big loss. For an example; We take XYZ share to day price 5.20 sure it will not touch 7.00 next 6 months based on that share performance. If 700 points in one day XYZ share may price up and trade sometimes 40/- to 50/-. It is very good for those having share purchased 6/- 7/= below 20/= level. If the market come down to 700 800 index with in a week. XYZ will down to 10/=. WHAT IS THE SITUATION WHO PURCHASED  IT 40/- 50/- level?
They sure loss, may go out from market. Healthy market more 5% to 10% up/down daily.
I welcome (good/bad) many comments specially from senior members.

Depending on the mkt capitalization of a particular company, even ASPI can move 700-800 points without even noticing. Say few bluechips start to move, then who knows? Everything is possible here because, two three  companies alone can run the index.

It is better to concentrate on future winning stocks. Currently we can clearly see bullish pattern and accumulation pattern in some stocks. Value investors have great opportunities. Still we haven’t seen some of the strongest stages in the current bull market. Even in bull market if we can identify personality of the stock that we are going to buy then we can get better decisions. Some stocks can wake up suddenly. Some will go up in stages while building bases. Some stocks can have volatility and selloff as well in some bases. However as their major uptrend is intact eventually they will advance further. So there are all types of stocks in the market. In addition today’s loss making companies will become tomorrow’s profit making companies. There can be fast growers as well. We have to do home work to fill our baskets with future winners.

Yes we have to intensify the good stock first before buying. But bull market all the shares go up. We should educate the public.
