I mean the one at WTC. Is anyone allowed to walk in? What are the benefits you could gain by walking in?

Its possible to enter if you have a valid identity. In case if security is not allowing you ,then you can mention that you need to open cds account or want to meet your broker. You can feel a traditional stock market there with diffrent type of boards such as main,etc... . . Also you will see some busiest advisors as well as many more retail investors around them.finally if you have a luck,you may receive a free nescafe. :-)

haha, i too had this confusion if i would be allowed inside, since i was wearing a pair of slippers, but then i went in, the security asked me to give the NIC and go inside, i saw many people inside with our traditional dress as well. at least one time you should be there..
