Capital donkeys failed to update their thinking.

JKH planned their biggest project based on the 'country' prevailed at the time of planning.

Now any fool should know we are in a different country.
No one will come and dump that much of money in waterfront now.

Name changed waterfront will go ahead using debt financing. Then we have to re re think  about the future.


I have written this several times in the forums.  You have to change your strategies and thinking and what you believe when the entire base is changed.

As a person who had JKH and gained from trading it almost from the beginning of their listing in CSE, I never wrote any positive or supportive comment about it for past couple of years.
