CITK share Trading was halted on the 3rd of July,( Now more than two months) still not lifted, according to the Company they have sent all the documents on the 17th of July to the CSE for the approval of the Amalgamation. I can`t understand why the Regulators are taking so long to give an answer to the Company., will it be a another TWOO, OGL OR MIRAMAR.......... what will happen to the share holders? who will answer for their hard earned money. Is this the way the so called Regulators safe gourd the small investors. WHAT USE ORGANISING SEMINARS ISLAND WIDE TO PROMOTE SL STOCK MARKET AMOUNG NEW COMERS, SPENDING PUBLIC MONEY. As a existing member in the SL market I will never promote or advice any person to come and invest in SL stock market. Please share your valuable ideas in this regard..... Thanks!

In Sri Lanka there is no justice to minor shareholders. Justice make with money and justice in the hand of company owners. SEC is saving these thieves then go island wide to feed them. The main purpose of SEC is not to promote shares by seminars. They need to promote by making safeguard and make things visible to all the parties. Yes there is two months and still no word from SEC.
No point of paying SEC officials if the only thing they do is to hold AGM every year.

Sorry Bro at the movement I don`t have, but will try to find, I spoke to CITK Group Accountant last week according to him they have got all the approvals other than from SEC, he told me they are hoping to get it before end of this month. Even he can`t understand why SEC is taking so long to give the approval. Now CSE and SEC are going to USA as they can`t find any new investors from SRILANKA. just wasting Public (OUR) money.
