SFL deal will be finalised in the 1st or 3rd week of JAN 2022 as per the news.

one CLC will be given for every 3 SFL shares.

HNWI & Market news says That SFL share will go over Rs 60 because of the CLC acquisition .

I wonder If that happens and if CLC give 1 Share for 3 SFL shares in the acquisition .....

then what is the price of CLC would be ...?

1 for 3

1 for 60 X 3

1 for 180

Means CLC = Rs 180 / =

My opinion is CLC.N, LOFC is always wil be good invesment when it is silent..... to invest and get a good quick return, specially CLC these days planned collections are going on between 29 to 30, get into train and also this year plans for LOLC to be announced in early January 2022 those are big expectations for HNWI.
