wow.what a news.it was so apparent that someone today clearly manipulated these 2 shares(LOFC and CLC) and collected a lot.

if its amalgamated both CLC and LOFC would be benefited more from growth of LOLC group as well as from LOCH.it would be massive.initially thought that they (LOLC)did not have much interest in CLC since they transferred entire 98% to LOCH and kept 51% in LOFC.now again with this announcement these two will fly soon.

with all of proposed Mergers it is very important to identifying the future existing entity whether LOFC.N or CLC and with above Bimputh finance proposals & SFL proposals to be happened CLC.N should be there in future. most probably CLC.N could be the future existing entity with LOFC & CLC Merger.

.Only IN knows. First they created LOCH and transferred clc, lofc, nifl. CLC transfer price was over 78. Very interesting how they going to fulfill MPH requirements. It will take few days to get a clear picture.

With the proposed merger clc will shoot up the price like sfl. And in future 1lofc for 2clc shares can be expected. Then the MPH will not be a issue. Even at present lofc is not having an issue with MPH since it is already above 27.

Don't be panic today.... my advice is to hold clc bz which is going to be the acquisition company and recent transfer price arround 79 .... but done at book valuez as per central bank approval and ROC to approve the merger there should be it agreement with all depositors and shareholders
There having many shareholder bought range between uo to price 87... nice to see how clc can satisfy its all shareholders in granting lofc shares against clc.

Based on the NAV 1 LOFC Share would equal to 2 CLC Shares.

Hence there is a high possibility that 1 LOFC Share will be given for 1.5/2 CLC Shares held.

And as the CLC internal share deal took place at Rs 32, based on the above the LOFC Share could trade at least 1.5 times and cross 60+ with ease in the next few weeks.

This was evident by the significant collection of over 120Mn Shares that has taken place over the past three trading days.

over 25 = 119 Mn
over 26 = 109 Mn
over 27 = 100 Mn
over 28 = 90 Mn
over 29 = 69 Mn
