- Softlogic Holdings PLC (SHL) stock market trading suspended by the CSE due to non submission of accounts.
- SHL group losses exceeds LKR 4.4bn during the Quarter ended 30th June 2022.
- Net Change in the Fair Value of derivative financial instruments exceeds LKR 2bn
- Import restrictions continue to affect retail segment of SHL.
- Total SHL Group Liabilities exceeds LKR 200bn with over LKR 42bn interest bearing liabilities.

Loss making Softlogic Capital PLC (SCAP) invest in its own parent company Softlogic Holding PLC (SHL) in a bid to save the falling conglomerate.
- Softlogic Capital PLC (SCAP) invest over LKR 1.2bn in Commercial Paper of Softlogic Holdings PLC (SHL) as per the stock market disclosure.
- SHL group liabilities exceeds LKR 200bn with over LKR 42bn interest bearing liabilities.
- SHL group losses exceeds LKR 4.4bn during the Quarter ended 30th June 2022 with over LKR 2bn losses from derivative investments.

හොඳ වෙලාවට අද SCAP, CRL උඩට ගියේ. SHL සස්පෙන්ඩ් වෙලා තියෙන නිසා විකුණා ගන්න බැරි වෙලා හිටියේ. දැන් යන්තන් ODEL එකට ගිහිල්ලා Christmas එකට imported ඇඳුම් ටිකක් ගන්න සල්ලි තියෙනවා. ස්තුති අසෝක අයියා

SOFTLOGIC LIFE INSURANCE PLC (AAIC)
- Net Asset Value (NAVPS) per share declined to LKR 27/= in Sep 2022.
- Price to Book Value (PBV) is more than 2X (Market Price LKR 55/=)
- Maintains a market share of over 16.07% in the life insurance sector.
- Life Insurance Fund losses exceed LKR 1bn as at Sep 2022.
- Invested more than LKR 4bn in International Sovereign bonds (ISB's) which will undergo debt restructuring.
- Life Funds of AAIC managed by Softlogic Group subsidiary Softlogic Asset Management (pvt) Ltd.
- Softlogic Capital PLC (SCAP) owns majority shareholdings of AAIC and Softlogic Asset Management Company.

සාමාන්‍යයෙන් පහන් දැල්ලක් නිවෙන්න කලින් ලොකු එළියක් දෙනවා තෙල් ඉවර වෙද්දී . අළුතෙන්ම trade කරන කස්ටිය පරෙස්සම් වෙන්න " falling knives " අල්ලන්න යන්න එපා.ලංකාවේ negative marketing තමයි trend එක , අපි බංකොලොත් නැහැ කියන්නෙම බංකොලොත් කියන එකමයි. Wink
