Look at the Financials , Compare sector wise .PE ratio is very low -(Health care sector)
Mandatory offer given by Softlogic Holding.(According to Valuers report it should be Rs 12-13 in FY 2011-2012 ).
I may add AMSL very strongly to your post.

OSEA.
All, the other property sector shares are moving up , except for this although it is one of the most fundamentally strong.
Simple reason one is there to manipulate it.Liquidity is very high .Company doesnt encourage to manipulate bcoz no pera no dili is involved.
Land Bank and the projects on going , at the moment have to be considered.Compare the sector wise .It is also undervalued.

TWOD.

Lot of people are worried about Court case (Worst thing is getting postponed , not the final outcome whatsoever .)
If they loose the case even what is the financial impact (will they have to do P&L from 2005 upto date )What is the final outcome in figures .
The land bank they owned and revaluation of theses , maturity of their biological assets and the harvest to be reaped near future .
No controlling stake in major shareholders .holding is public more than 50%.
