Yes, we were in the process of recognizing such people to coincide with the forum needs but sometimes we honor their wishes ( to not take up such posts for the time being).

There's no special formula to select moderators, we usually select the members who have a reputation and has been an asset to the forum.. No post count restriction was set, we dont give moderator-ship just for posts above 1000 Wink

A mod generally should have some tme to spend in the forum to filter out posts.
