Well regardless of the position, everyone would look at the quality of your posts.. It doesn't matter to the view whether ur a novice or an expert in this forum as long as u capture some attention with what u have to say..

Mark requested to step down to concentrate more on his career... His university exams are on the road hence he was not in a position to constantly engage in forum work he was assigned.

While we appreciate the support he has given to the forum for a long time, behalf of all moderator & Admin team, I wish him all the best for his exams and career..

Yes, we have take steps to replace some idle moderators and add some active members who have established commitment and service to the forum in the recent past.

NPP and Sri -Ranga are such 2 persons who have done very good service to the forum. Few more changes might happen depending on the current need of the forum.

Past moderators had done a very good service when they were active and we thank them. Once they return to the forum and if they wish to stay active we would reinstate them if they wish.
