DO you say that the warrant will reach 10/- just before conversion when GREG reaches 40/- then ?

Main thing is will some body spend 4.20 X 70 000 000 to buy W03 for nothing ?

no my friend i dont think so ...

Yes if they want the conected parties - they can and they will take GREG to 60 Levels & warrents to beyoned 10 even

Can you remember how DPL went to 70 levels ha ha

And not only this USD 16.7 see the NAV of GREG 24 ..

And though i too have i dont think REEF as a better share than GREG when you go through their finacilas ..with CITK & CITW construction work yet not even started ..

No no GREG is far better than REEF ....

i also think like that

Agreed.. GREG Holders will have a good future... Everything depends on peoples attitude and will to take a risk...

Hi.

Is FEB 15 the converstion date for W003 ? Pls let us know the dates if some body knows ..

does it matter? W2 is yet to be converted. It has been postponed to Sept 2013. So how on earth can this be converted before that?

Yes the more time we have there is more chance for capitol gains ...

I'm losing it now. How can you go on making silly comments like this?

W2 has not been trading for a long time. Although a extension was allowed, SEC made it non-tradeable. It was trading at a premium at the time (10+ Rs.) and fell to nothing within a matter of minutes! Now that's not capital gain, that's calld losing everything.

Same will happen with other warrants too but they're trading at lower price than what W2 was trading at.

Do what you want with your money but don't mislead others in this forum. If you want to take a gamble or even if you are sure, go ahead. You have not convinced anyone with your points. Either changing focus or avoiding queries and putting forward silly arguments.

This is a very dangerous level of speculation.

Had i told anybody to buy Greg ?
Dont get upset and angry with people when they dont agree to you ..?

Just mind your own business ..If people buy shares and decide for a mere post on this fortum ..God help them ..But Fortune favours the brave ..High Risk carries Hif profits ...

Agree that considering GREG on NAV, it seems attractive but the main point is we dont know how this will go and what it will do in months to come, additionally, do we know whose in control and their motivation of buying it (if management or controlling changed?

Will this 16.7 mil see the light?

No no GREG is far better than REEF ....

REEF's pending development is worrying investors but without building those I dont think Divasa owners can survive.. moreover, there'll be no recognition to REEF without the said constructions.. So its a safe guess that they would start the constructions. Infact the Kalpitiya was cleared recently I heard.
As per the annual report construction of CITK will start soon and they will build Villas first.

CITW
Construction work on the 150-room hotel has begun and the1 4 star property is due to open towards mid-2013. We have already started to market the rooms through tour operators. (page 23)

CITK
We have slightly revised our plans for Citrus Kalpitiya, which sits on 78 acres of prime land that faces the Indian Ocean. Under the first stage, we plan to build 32 upmarket villas that overlook the 50-meter wide fresh water way (page 24)

Also 98% of Hikkaduwa is again REEF.

Also looking at the financials, it's subsidiaries have money to fund the projects.
REEF has a positive cash flow and has earned a lot as interest as well. But they also need money otherwise they'd not opt to convert the W18 warrants again.

CITK has a large stake in CLND which is worth around 1.4bn rupees. But CLND is running at a loss so is not subjected to a sell off either.
Furthermore, CITW also has a huge amount due from related parties and less debt.
There is a concern though - most of these amounts due to both CITK and CITW are from the parent REEF.

Then the amount REEF expected to raise by W19 conversion in 2015 is 2.5bn.

Warrant conversions can be failures, SEE GREG.W2 for that matter.. It traded at 0.10 or 0.20 at the final hour of last trading date. Then the trading has been stopped but the conversion has been postponed to Sep 2013. Now ppl who bought this has no way of realising the capital by selling at least 0.10..

So you should not only eye for conversion but to book capital gains when ur target is reached.
Good think abt W19 is, u still have abt 2.5 years.. And even if this becomes a failure 6-12 months time could be enuf to book profits Smile

Ok I lost between your wisdom talks. Pls explain the motive in your countless GREG promotions..

Now what you want this time? you failed to realize the magic with BLUE and went on promoting it.. finally accepted that u cut short your long term investment of BLUE and got in to GREG.

If you dont want the forum members to be educated on a share WHY THE HELL U KEEP POSTING ABT IT? Then u can mind your own business and let GERG go wherever it could know?

Do u want to impress yourself that u made a good investment and GREG is a good share?
So u could do this by just hanging an advertisement or a phrase like " GREG is Good" on top of your bed where u can see everyday when u get up.. Why squander members time?

You've been saying "Fortune favours the brave ..High Risk carries High profits". Hmmm.. could be true.. But have you heard this? "You can take a DONKEY to water but u cannot make it drink.."

Now I think its time for the forum members to be cautious abt GREG..

I see that npp has already provided a valid point for your question.... I dont think you're that dumb to read and understand something rite?

The whole purpose of writing all of this was to show you a points since you seemed to be following hot speculatives and make it a lifelong investment at the end..

Your money, my money or someone else's money is ultimately MONEY we earned or inherited. If we're wasting it on magic shows, we're not paying much gratitude for it.

Having said that, if you want to waste.. Go do it but pls done drag the forum members to your misery..

GREG has made millionaires to billionaires, zeroes to heroes and billionaires to paupers as well.. It can repeat the same in this investment cycle but one need to decide in which occasion they need to get in.. pirat.
