ELPITIYA PLANTATIONS

I have some ELPL shares bought at very high price (Rs 30+)
The company has made good profits for 9M2013 - EPS of Rs 4.43 vs EPS for 3Q2013 Rs 1.72
PER is 4+ times
NAV is 24+ :Knowing that all Plantations companies trade below their book value
Potential for high dividend : may be Rs 2.00

Is there a chance that prices should me up?
