Warning: I am long (small quantity) ,plan to take major exposure of my portfolio. 5-10%

Reason

Its trading close to NAV - assets are land & building, stocks & financials assets
It had done lots of restructuring , reducing burden of debt and aligning its interest
Easing interest rates should support
Hospital business is going well
Financial services have had a bad patch, should be better in the future if not shouldn't be bad
Electronic & MV business - position neatral
Only worry about hotels

Good reasons.. Cannot say no Wink

However, its near a 100% correction below 10, so wait and buy.. I also wanna buy for portfolios in my control and still on wait..

With the capital gain they got for the sale of the Asian Alliance's stake, they should have bit of a relief for their high amount of debts. If you guys see their group I think they have got all the more reasons to accelerate their journey. But they have to manage their long term debts more purposefully.
I entered CES with SHL IPO and current average price is 22.10. Still holding hoping for a better future and I think I'll have to wait may be 2-3 years....

Another positive factor is we saw a lot of foreign partners entered this group via equity as well as debt
